1) Retaining a LEGAL ADDRESS FOR YOUR COMPANY

It is compulsory by law to retain a company’s legal address within the Cypriot jurisdiction for a Cyprus Company to be characterized as a Cyprus Resident Company and thereby enjoy the unique tax benefits of the Republic of Cyprus. This service includes Mail Forwarding of up to 50 letters per year.

2) Retaining a CYPRUS RESIDENT DIRECTOR

In order for any Cyprus based Company to be characterized as a Cyprus Resident Company and thereby enjoy the unique tax benefits of the Republic of Cyprus, it is necessary to have at least one Director that resides permanently in Cyprus. Indicatively, a Cyprus Resident Director would actually carry out work on behalf of the company in Cyprus. Some of his duties may be to issue a Cyprus Tax Certificate, handling of legal matters, sign cheques; make bank transfers on behalf of the company; respond to client’s requests on a corporate/legal level and, generally, follow your specific written instructions. If you require a Cyprus-Resident Director that would require someone to sign on behalf of the company from within the Cyprus jurisdiction, then we can also provide this service for your Company.

3) VAT, Book-Keeping & Auditing Services

It is compulsory by law that each company in Cyprus is to:

-   Submit VAT statements every 3 months on the 10^th day of the month to follow the operational trimester/quarter; each Company registered at the VAT service of Cyprus have specific quarters and dates for VAT submission depending on their registration date.

-   Submit VIES Declarations every month – each Company that sells goods or services to entities from European Union that are registered at the VAT service in their country/member state are obliged to submit monthly VIES summary tables; this is to be prepared and submitted the latest by the 10^th day of the month to follow the operational month;

-   Submit audited accounting records annually.

-       Private fully equipped office;

-       Separate Telephone Numbers;

-       Separate Fax Numbers;

-       Separate email(s);
